Our “Fancy Felines” are chosen because they have been in our care
for the longest period of time and, through no fault of their own, need a little time in the spotlight to help them shine in the eyes of potential adopters.
This is especially true for SUNSHINE, a brave young cat that has
already survived a lot of trauma in her short life. This stray cat was brought to the Shelter by a Good Samaritan just as she was about to deliver her
litter of kittens and just having spent several days terrified and trapped at the top of a power pole.
SUNSHINE
and her kittens were taken into foster care right away where she was finally able to relax and be nurtured. Now that her kittens have all been adopted,
SUNSHINE needs to find a permanent home where she can enjoy many years of tender loving care.
