Shelter Attendant - September 2010 to January 2011
The PEI
Humane Society is seeking a Temporary Shelter
Attendant on a full-time temporary basis from
September, 2010 – January, 2011. (37.5 hour
week)
Shelter
Attendants are responsible for the daily cleaning and
feeding of the animals and Shelter facilities.
Candidates must be dependable and able to handle
physical work including: scrubbing, cleaning and
heavy-lifting duties.
Relief
Shelter Attendants (Casual)
The PEI
Humane Society is creating a list of persons willing
to be available to work as Relief Shelter Attendants
on a casual basis.
Shelter
Attendants are responsible for the daily cleaning and
feeding of the animals and Shelter facilities. Relief
Shelter Attendants work on an as-needed basis to cover
emergency and vacation scheduling situations, often on
short-notice. Candidates must be dependable and able to
handle physical work including: scrubbing, cleaning and
heavy-lifting duties.
