Here are the simple steps for submitting your Pet Memorial using our secure on-line technology:

1. There is NO fee to submit a Pet Memorial however, should you wish to make a donation to the P.E.I. Humane Society in memory of your pet, PLEASE CLICK  on the "Donate" button to be taken directly to our secure on-line donation page. All donations of $20.00 or more will receive an official tax receipt. You may also choose to mail your cheque or money order, payable to the P.E.I. Humane Society to Box 20022, Charlottetown, PE  C1A 9E3.

Your Pet Memorial will be posted to its own unique webpage on the P.E.I. Humane Society website within three business days after receipt.
