Shyla passed away on March 7, 2008, at the age of 4 years 9 months. "Shy Girl" as named by the PEIHS, came into our lives in May 2004, and her name said it all. Over the years Shyla became a sweet and loveable little girl although she had issues.  In spite of it all she made many friends, none more than "her boy" Phillip.  It was love at first sight.

She loved to play in the yard with her sisters and friends, but drives in the car were especially nice, because they always involved a drive-thru window. She was a fan of tarter busters but loved belly rubs the most. Shyla tried so hard everyday to be a good girl and did her best every time. As a family we would like to thank all of "Shy Girls" friends who saw through her issues and loved her for who she truly was on the inside. You made her life more joyful and we will be forever grateful.
