Where does the adoption fee go?
Your adoption fees go to ensuring the continued growth of our adoption program at the PEI Humane Society. Adopted cats and dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and (if needed) treated for fleas/ticks. Tiny Paws are spayed/neutered as well before adoption.
Cats
Cat adoption fees include:
- Spay or neuter
- Microchip ID
- All vaccinations to date
- Flea/Tick and Worm treatment (if necessary)
- 30 days Introductory Sheltercare Insurance
KITTEN (under 6 months old)
1 Kitten: $250
2 Kittens: $400
ADULT CAT
1 Cat: $200

SENIOR CAT (8+ years)
1 Senior Cat : $125
